The course can be a little "intense" since we cover
a lot of material in
just two Saturdays. Instructors will present on the various topics and
answer questions as we go. However, it is
expected that the student will prepare for the exam by also reviewing the license
manual or other study aids. We also encourage students to take
online practice exams to familiarize themselves with the questions and how they
will be presented in the actual exam.
The class size is limited so please make a reservation by contacting the instructor. Note: Participants are encouraged to arrive a few minutes early so we can start promptly.
A Technician license will be held on two Saturdays, a little later in this spring. It will run from 9 AM to 4 PM. There will also be a testing session on the 3rd Saturday. Keep checking back here for more information or send an email to education@bellevuearc.org. The cost of the course was $25 which includes a copy of the ARRL book which retails for $24.95.
